Turkey Bowl 2008

Final Score Good guys 30 - 28 *. The Good guys led from the opening drive after Blake takes the kickoff back 95 yards and Mike Weil scores on a corner fade. Scott had a few crucial drops but goods still built a 23 - 7 lead with a safety.


Bad Guys rotated quarterbacks with Joe and Adam trying to come back. Mike left the game in the fourth quarter with the good guys still leading. Courtney led the game with 20 receptions.


There was a lot of controversy on the rule changes. Bad Guys called a "Fourth down Girl" rule where any catch by a girl on fourth down results in a first down. The Good guys never agreed to the rule or the three completions in a row for a first down rule. But The "girl" rule was played out.


The game ended with an onside kick recovery by Diane.


* The Bad Guys scored on a final drive after a Charlie interception and Adam to Morgan connection for a 35 yard touchdown. But time had expired and the game was over.
