Mud Bowl 2009

Just to make sure there is no selective memory loss, the Mud Bowl 2009 recap....

The rules were strictly enforced in 2009. Cleats were even across the teams. There was a key touchdown by Morgan in the back of the endzone reversed, and even a kick return touchdown called back for holding on Greta.

In the end the score was 7-5 the good team. Lots of highlights but the ones I remember are the McNabb Blake endless scramble and fourth down conversion, Kelsey's catch and dive, and Charlie's stop and skid routes.

Since there has to be an MVP I guess it is me by vote of 1 and a half to zero. Scott: 3 pass td, 2 rec td, 1 int, 1 onside recovery, 1 ripped brand new Notre Dame t-shirt. No Mud no glory.
